A9 Voice
Dictation and meeting notes for Windows, with no bot in your call
A9 Voice is a Windows app for dictation and meeting notes. Hold Ctrl+Space to type with your voice in any app: Transcribe is free with no limits and no account, with filler-word removal, punctuation fixes and a dictionary that spells names and jargon your way. When a call app opens the microphone, Notes records your mic and your computer audio on your PC, so no bot joins the meeting; it names speakers, writes summaries with your own action items first, and lets you ask questions across every meeting with answers linked to the exact moment. Speech models can run on your PC with no internet (Parakeet and Whisper) or with your own provider keys, and every note is saved as plain Markdown files in a folder you choose. Notes is free for 30 days, then $49 once. It works in 60+ languages and runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).
