Viggle turns a single photo into a video of a moving character. Pick from 10,000+ motion templates or upload a reference video, and its JST models animate your character with full-body motion, realistic 3D physics, lip sync and talking, keeping the character consistent across scenes. It also does text-to-video, first-and-last-frame control, and Viggle LIVE, a real-time avatar that mirrors your face and body through your webcam for streams. The free plan makes 5 videos a day; Pro starts at $7.99 a month with 80 credits, no watermark and permanent storage. Viggle runs on the web and has free apps for iOS and Android.
